Silicone

On this page u will find the third iteration of my "connection casting" process. All these casted connections are made with liquid silicone cast into separate objects.
The reason for this step was to try and make the material with which I make the "connection castings" add a new ability to the objects that are joint together. By using silicone the materials are bound and held together by a flexible material, allowing various movements between the connected parts.
