Materials I tested with:

Sheet aluminum

Metal strip with holes

First tryouts

This one looks a bit like two pairs of ghost pants taking a walk

Thin metal strip became curved.

Spiral curved hot glue stick

Strange symmetrically curved hot glue stick

Step-by-Step

1. Take sheet metal of choice

2. put edge of sheet metal between two wheels

3. Twist top handle to clamp metal between wheels and bend it partially

4. Turn handle while holding metal, guiding it through the two wheels

5. After rolling the entire edge u will end up with a corner bend in the metal

Notes:

All thing long materials that go through the Easy Edger obtain a similar spiral shape. Will experiment with even larger strips of thin metal to push this effect.
